    • SOC CHEF Marron glacé, made of chestnuts from the latest harvest from Galicia, in the North West of Spain. This area is covered with chestnut trees.
    • Each chestnut is individually candied, following a long process lasting more than 200 hours resulting in a thin and subtle glaze, and a nice texture
Recommended applications:

    • Savoury recipes

Once they are processed, our marron glacé are placed one by one on a small carton base before being wrapped with gold paper.
