SWEET INULIN 500g

It is a fiber extracted from the root of the chicory.

Origin:
Vegetable, 100% chicory root.

Properties:
The chains of this fiber are very short providing only sweetness without modifying the texture.
It allows to replace or reduce the use of sugar.
High solubility.

Mode of use:
Can be mixed with hand blender when cold or hot.

Applications:
Pastry whipped doughs, dairy desserts and cookies.

Technical note:
Odorless fine white powder.
Neutral taste, slightly sweet.
High fiber content (80g). Dry matter (%) 95 - 99.

Recommended dosage: Q/S.
The dosage is the same as sugar (1:1).
