Crema pastelera SOC CHEF
POWDER PREPARATION FOR HOT CUSTARD CREAM
  • Ingredients:
    • SOC CHEF Preparation for warm custard: 75g
    • Milk: 1L
    • Sugar: 200g
    • Egg yolk: 80g

How to use:

Dilute SOC Chef Preparation for warm custard with milk.
Then, add sugar and egg yolk and bring to a boil during 2 minutes removing the mix.
Feel free to add the aroma of your choice..
