9 - 15% moisture, minimum water activity, resistant to the oven and freezing.

Granulometry: 6 - 10 mm.

Applications:
To be added to a panettone or bread dough, specially recommended to be coated with chocolate in the panning machine.
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED IN DOUGHS WITH A HIGH HUMIDITY LEVEL.
