Vegan hamburguer
  • Ingredients
    • 100 g Water, stock, fruit juice,...
    • 3 g Metil Burguer SOC Chef
    • 525 g Vegetables (brunoise cut)
    • q.s. Salt

Process

Mix the liquid of your choice with Metil Burguer.
Leave it to cool in the fridge at least 2 hours.
Take 5g of this mixture and mix it with 25g of vegetables.
Then give the hamburguer the shape of your choice using a mold.
Plancha cooking. Gelification starts from 60ºC.

 

Technical imput

You can use both raw or cooked vegetables to make this recipe.
This vegan hamburguer is perfect as a healthy side dish, if served with cereals or legumes.
