DRY BLACK LEMON 60g

Cultivated and harvested in Iran.
A traditional ingredient of Persian cuisine, and largely used in Middle East countries.
Its strong lime notes are very persistent when used as a whole lemon.
Once ground, we can have both smoked and sweet notes.

Applications:
Can be used crushed, or in small pieces before you add it to your stews, soups, or sauces.
Very interesting mix of acid, smoked and sweet notes in a ganache or ice cream.
Brewed in a lager-beer.
