CITRIC ACID 600g

Natural and odorless organic acid, obtained from lemon or pineapple.

Origin:
Fruit.

Properties:
Acidifying agent and preservative.
Modifies pH.
Activates yellow pectin.

Mode of use:
Can be used cold or hot.

Technical note:
When combined with Citrate, it is used as pH regulator.

Recommended dosage: 0,5 g to 10 g per L.
