DRY OREGANO 5kg

Widely used in our Mediterranean cuisine, once dry, oregano releases a stronger aroma then when used freshy cut.
This herb is famous for its flavor and intense taste, slightly bitter and spicy.
Leaves are dried at room temperature to keep all their aroma.

Applications:
It is one of the ingredients of our Chimichurri mix.
Oregano can be used with meat and fish grilled on barbecue.
Will be perfect on top of pizzas and focaccias, with a selection of cheese and in a dressing sauce.
Should be added to your dishes at the very end of the cooking process.
