WHOLE CORIANDER 70g

We have been sourcing our coriander seeds in Egypt, and more exactly in Luxor area.
We are delighted with its flowery and woody notes of citrus.
Mode of use:
If you want to release its full intensity and aroma, toast the coriander seeds gently before you grind.
Applications:
Use them with meat, fish, stews and vegetables.
Very appreciated in pastry and confectionery too.
