Puree textured natural lemon puree, cube shaped and soft texture.
9 - 15% moisture, minimum water activity, resistant to the oven and freezing.
Granulometry: 3 - 5 mm.
Applications:
Ideal to use as a topping for an ice cream/sorbet, in energy bars and granola, as an ingredient of a chocolate bar, to make cookies and biscuits and as a decoration.
IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED IN DOUGHS WITH A HIGH HUMIDITY LEVEL.
