OLIGOFRUT 140g

Oligofrut is a powdered oligofructose produced from chicory roots.

Properties:
It is a highly soluble fiber.
Due to its high sweetness, it is perfectly suitable for total or partial replacement of sugar.

Applications:
In all the recipes where we want to reduce or to remove the sugar, but bringing sweetness.
Cold or hot dissolution.

Odorless white powder, taste free.
High fiber content (80,5g).
POD 50%, PAC 45%.
Suitable for cooking and freezing.

Recommended dosage: meringues 5 - 10%, sponge cakes 5 - 10%, ice creams 5 - 15%.
