Mode of use:
We recommand to use our green cardamom pods once crushed to fully feel its seeds fresh and spicy notes of citrus.

Applications:
Largely used in Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine in cakes, doughs, and shortbreads and even in drinks such as tea.
Ideal ingredient in dishes with rice and vegetables, and essential in many currys.

Cardamom combines perfectly with cinnamon, ginger, and clove, ... and of course with chocolate.
