Prepared milk powder for the elaboration of recipes with a taste of "fresh yogurt".
Used as an alternative to fresh yogurt.

Granulometry: 0 - 0,2 mm.

Mode of use:
Mix 1 kg of product in 5 L of cold water.
Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute.
