Used as an alternative to fresh yogurt.
Dry extract, no water activity (AW): easy to incorporate, easy to melt.
Very thin powder for an easy dilution too.
Versatility in both sweet and savoury applications: cookies, sponge cakes, breads, sauces, ice-creams, beverages, ...

Granulometry: 0 - 0,2 mm.

Mode of use:
Mix 1 kg of product in 5 L of cold water.
Beat with electric mixer for 1 minute.
