One of the most famous and agricultural rums of the Martinique and the "Grand Fond Gallion", St James is characterized by its fineness, fruity taste of sugar cane and its intensity.

Applications:
It is most by used for cakes, muslin, "drunk" to chocolate or with grapes, raisins or candied fruits for ice cream.
