CINNAMON FLOWER BUDS 5kg

The cinnamon bud or berry is the fruit of the cinnamon tree and has the same characteristics as cinnamon stick.
It is aromatic, intense and warm. We like its slightly spicy touch.

Applications:
Pairs with a multitude of dishes both sweet and savory, cold or hot.
- Infused in compotes, chutneys.
- Freshly ground into pastry recipes, into the traditional Christmas spice loaf.
- Whole or crushed in the mortar with poultry, foie gras, on exotic fruit, in the stews and roasted meats.
- Cinnamon bud is one of the ingredient of the traditional spicy mulled wine recipe.
