Mode of use:
Mix with a part of the sugars, then add to the liquids. Whisk.
Technical note:
Stabilizer for balanced ice creams in terms of P.O.D. (Sweetening Power) and P.A.C. (Anti Freezing Power)
Recommended dosage: 4 - 6 g/kg.
