Freeze-drying is a preservation process that enables to maintain natural products original flavour, shape, color and taste as well as all its nutritional qualities without adding any artificial ingredient.


Freeze-drying process at SOC Chef:

    • A careful selection of fruits and vegetables when they are fully mature to be processed
    • Freezing of the products
    • Sublimation by lowering pressure to remove the water contained in fruits and vegetables
