Straight orange peel sticks candied and covered with dextrose.
We use only three varieties of Valencia oranges (Spain) strictly selected for the quality of their skin.
After a slow vacuum candying process (20 days), we get a fruit candied with reduced sensation of sweetness.
Calibrated in 6 - 7 cm long, natural product color, firm texture and sweet taste.
