CANDIED ORANGE PEEL SHAVINGS 5kg

Shavings of orage peel candied, of orange color, firm texture and sweet flavor, typical of the product.
We use only three varieties of Valencia oranges (Spain) strictly selected for the quality of their skin.
After a slow vacuum candying process (20 days), we get a fruit candied with reduced sensation of sweetness.

Dimensions: 2 - 5 cm.
Without sulfites.

Applications:
Great for dipping in chocolate, chocolate coatings, as an ingredient in bars and nougats, in sponge cakes, financiers, muffins, etc., for decorating cakes and ice creams, etc.
