Quarters of orange peel, of natural color of the product, firm texture and sweet flavor, typical of the product.
We use only three varieties of Valencia oranges (Spain) strictly selected for the quality of their skin.
After a slow vacuum candying process (20 days), we get a fruit candied with reduced sensation of sweetness.
