SOC Chef cinnamon grows in our production area in Madagascar.
Local people shave the thinnest branches of the cinnamon tree to get its skin.
Our local partners feel passion and respect for their plantations.
They proceed with this cinnamon tree shaving only on trees aged more than 20 years, in order to guarantee SOC Chef expectations on flavour.
Once dry, it is hand-rolled and can be a metre-long.
Our local workers hand cut the rolls into 15 cm long cinnamon sticks.
We grind our cinnamon so that we can give our customers the purest powder.
