Candied orange slices, special for bathing in chocolate. Orange color and sweet taste, characteristic of the product.
We use only three varieties of Valencia oranges (Spain) strictly selected for the quality of their skin.
After a slow vacuum candying process (20 days), we get a fruit candied with reduced sensation of sweetness.

Great for dipping in chocolate, chocolate coatings, as an ingredient in bars and nougats, in sponge cakes, financiers, muffins, etc., for decorating cakes and ice creams, etc.
