Unmatured grape brandy, produced by fermenting grapes and revealed directly by water steam, without the addition of other ingredients.
Created in Champagne's wine region of France, it is stored in vats for several years until it is ready.

Applications:
Drink with a very agreeable fruity flavor and aroma, commog used for sherbets and desserts.
